For LISA mentors

Where mentor wisdom compounds.

Mentoring has a memory problem. The insight a mentor gains with one founder rarely reaches the next mentor facing the same challenge. TensorVortex captures what you learned, lets you share it anonymously, and helps the next mentor find it when they need it.

An invite-only platform for Stanford LEAD LISA mentors. Built with LISA mentors, for LISA mentors.

How it works

From mentoring session to Network in three steps.

01

Capture

After a session, speak or type what you noticed. The Network turns your reflection into an eight-field Wisdom Card. You review every line and save it to your Library.

02

Anonymize

Every card stays Private until you choose to share. When you do, founder names and identifying details are removed before anything reaches the Network. You review the anonymization on a side-by-side preview before confirming.

03

Compound

The next mentor facing a similar founder pattern asks the Network. They find your wisdom alongside other mentors' patterns. Wisdom that would have stayed in one head reaches the mentor who needs it next.

The trust contract

Privacy is the substrate, not a feature.

Every Wisdom Card stays Private until the mentor explicitly chooses to share it. When sharing, identifying details are removed automatically and the mentor reviews the anonymization before anything reaches the Network. Mentors retain ownership of every observation they make.

Made by a LISA mentor

For LISA mentors. Inspired by the LISA Mentor Playbook.

TensorVortex was built by Fasahat Feroze, a Stanford LEAD LISA mentor (LEAD Pioneer Cohort), grounded in the LISA Mentor Playbook authored by Ron Lerma and the principle that experienced mentors notice patterns less-experienced mentors miss. Every design decision is shaped by what LISA mentors actually need in their sessions.

Mentoring is a craft. Your wisdom deserves a memory.
